Lauren has been a doula for 7 years, an official CD(DONA) doula for 3 years and recently received Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) ALPP certification.
Her greatest passion is all things related to childbirth and pregnancy and finds her greatest joy (besides being a mother to the most perfect little girl in the world) by supporting other women in their pregnancy and birth journeys..
